If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic and message you submit. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and optional first name. If you unsubscribe, we collect the email address you enter and any optional reason you provide. Please do not submit account numbers, Social Security numbers or other highly sensitive financial information through this website.
How information is used
Contact details are used to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter details are used to record your subscription preference. Unsubscribe requests are used to change that preference. This website does not currently send email newsletters or automatically send contact-form messages.
Current demonstration storage
When this site is run with its included Node.js server, contact submissions are appended to a local file on the hosting server and newsletter email addresses and subscription status are stored in a local JSON file. This basic demonstration does not provide a production customer-management system, automated email delivery or a configured retention schedule. Access to the host and deletion of records must be managed by the site operator.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
The site does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. The pages load the Bootstrap stylesheet from jsDelivr; the browser may share ordinary connection information with that content-delivery provider when it requests the stylesheet. Your browser may also provide technical information to the website host as part of a normal connection. External websites have their own privacy practices.
Sharing and security
Information is not sold through this demonstration. A hosting provider or infrastructure provider may process technical requests to operate the site. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure; production use should employ suitable access controls, encryption in transit, secure storage, spam protection and a documented retention and incident-response process.
Your choices and requests
You may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe page. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information submitted through the forms, email contact@moneypointwealth.com. The site operator should respond in accordance with applicable law and its actual recordkeeping obligations.
Children and changes
